Hiya Max, where have you been? arbs = arbitragers. Arbitragers use shorting as a hedge to protect their investment and that is most likely the short position on DHI. Arbitragers try to cash in on the conversion rate between two stocks in a merger. DHI is a good stock as you know. The merger with CON is excellent and will add value to the stock. DHI keeps hitting new highs. Don't you love it? Sergio
