John to be honest I have not posted the name of the buyer because I do nto know it. I will try to get that tomorrow if they will give it to me. If they have a buyer as they say then I guess they have a contract I would assume. However I am not sure if that is insider information.

I appreciate your inquiry and I will try to get the answer.

Now please realize they are corporations out ther in deep trouble because the MTBE is being banned because of ground water contamination and when used in the winter it pollutes the air. SO I believe them because this product does neither and I believe it is registered with the EPA.

They present have no product just samples which they are distributing out to the corporations that use the product and as we have found out that is pretty massive. Also the other octane enhancer is selling for $1.35 -$1.40 a gallon which is 30% more than what DF-144 is going to be sold for. Apparently since they know what it would be selling for they have already negotiated the price.

However they may have only a verbal committment and once the plant is turned on they will have product they can test and sell. Now as with all businesses there is a lot that can happen which is why there is no news on this subject. ALso the Kentucky plant was selling all they could make to one buyer and that plant has been shut down.
That means only Arcon is going to be supplying this product ONCE the machine/plant is brought on line.

I will try again tomorrow to get what I can so wish me luck.
