Stuart Rudick of Mindful Partners, a Mill Valley, Calif.,hedge fund,thinks he's found a cyberspace stock that looks, well,cheap. It's OTEXF.Also...NationsBanc Montgomery Securities expects revenues for the fiscal year ending in June to reach $45 million,with earnings of 49 cents a share. The securities firm's early bet for fiscal 1999 is for $1.10 a share, on revenues of $115 million.
