<<Shelf offering. The obvious downside is dilution which is often negative. I have seen shelf offerings that are a prelude to a launch or a prelude to a significant contract with the idea the market can now recognize a greater market cap for the company. I don't want to read something that's not there and am far from expert wrt this type of filing. Any comments are welcome.>> Some color re the new shelf. Apparently the previous expired 5/2/2025. I'm not seeing anything nefarious. <<say they sold somewhere between 1-2 mil shares in Q1 for $15-20 mil.
