Ramsey, I believe your phone which is the first generation of QCP phone will not work even if all network operators have roaming agreement with each other. You have to have at least a dual mode phone to work under this type of roaming agreement. Do not quote me. Just make sense! I guess. Well. I do not even know what IS-41 is. I may be dead wrong. A second thought, you may be able to roam between pcs operators such as Sprint PCS, Primeco, and Canadian PCS providers. As to open a franchise with QCOM, I am more than interested. Brian H.
