I am almost nostalgic for the days when Quebec was the whiny baby of Confederation, not Alberta.

Western alienation -- something BCers feel when they look east to the extremists now in power in Alberta and Saskatchewan, particularly the Alberta premier, who has been actively working to push Trump's agenda onto Canada.

Remember that over 30% of Albertans voted Liberal in the recent election. If only we had a proper electoral system...
