The cold front didn't go much good. We are now up to 50 active wild fires in BC, and now things are getting bad in Alberta. Most of the BC fires are in the drought stricken Peace River region in the NE corner of the province. Some perspective Surface area of New Jersey is 22610 sq km Surface area of BC is 944375 sq km Even just the Peace River region of BC is more than 100k sq km. LC
