In the late 1950's to the mid 1960's there were studies reporting that eating eggs and bacon was unhealthy and would make people fat...

Those studies were sponsored and paid for by the Kellogg Cereal Company to fool people into eating their cereal for breakfast instead of a real breakfast of eggs and bacon and/or sausage...

More recent studies beginning in the mid 1990's have all convincingly proven that eating dietary fat is not only healthy for us but it helps to keep our skin from drying out along with numerous other important health benefits...

There was the whole thing about how bad butter was and that we should use margarine instead...

All of those studies were bogus and paid for by Kellogg and other cereal companies...

It's amazing that even to this day so many people continue to believe those earlier fake studies...

The only thing that makes us fat is sugar and a high carb foods...

Advertisers even promoted corn fed beef as better and more healthy until it was more recently discovered that corn fed been completely lacks the nutrients we need when we eat beef...

Amazing how some genius came along and decided to feed cattle what they would eat normally and naturally, e.g., grass...

Grass fed beef contains all the nitrogen, phosphorus, and a number of other vital nutrients that we need...

The more we tinker with the natural process, the more we screw it up...

It's really as simple as that...
