The timing of Smith's speech today, ahead of Carney's meeting with Trump was both perfect and deliberate. Smith put Alberta in play with both Carney and Trump. Widdle Marky Carney will be going back to stand in the corner of the PMO and pissing on his own shoes:-).... ROTFLMAO.....
