I was informed that there was a potential problem with the plant. Now it had been running for a while but for safety reasons once the new plants were being inspected by the state of Texas and government agencies. Since then I am told that the potential problem or glitch is fixed and the plant in Kentucky will not be operating in the future. Besides I am sure that the inventor is going to get a royality for what Arcon produces. There is no need for him to operate the plant. Happy Trading GaBard
