I already mentioned it a couple of times in posts to you. But I will do so again just for you.

Brenda planned to tax unrealized capital gains and use that money to give to poor people to pay the down payment of their mortgage and to people who needed start up costs to start their own business.

When I use the word planned, I mean that Brenda explicitly said in public that was what she would set out to do.

Now, of course, Brenda would need the approval of Congress to pass such a measure, which would be highly unlikely unless Congress flipped Democratic to a radical degree.
