Press releases are typically drafted by Comms or Marketing departments and roll up to the CEO and Head of Legal for review and approval. Agree that the legal team probably inserted the eagle eye catches by Fitz as a CYA. The quote by that consultant in the PR is also a CYA, she was on the payroll if on the call and claims she heard the same. Strong wording from PR makes me think there is an audience of 1, and that's not us but RFK. A highly probable scenario is everyone at that meeting was canned, but there should have been notes taken from that meeting. Either there is a discrepancy and inconsistency and this gets resolved on a clerical error, or new person didn't review all FDA notes from that meeting, or no notes captured...or IBRX pushed the envelope thinking they had the cards stacked with RFK at the helm. All to say pure speculation, all we know is RFT and ball now in IBRX court to provide new updates, hopefully all positive. Sacking Adcock is certainly a curve ball, could make things worse unless a well known household name is inserted instead. That is also likely what keeps this stock down, a legit biotech with an asscock with no biotech history besides admin of a few hospitals. Sucks for sure but am convinced this is my fate, the day I sell is the day this skyrockets to the moon. Long and asscock strong.
