You know man if he weren't hampered by them deplorable weird garbage racist fascist right wing extremist nazis and was able to get what he wanted - $43 billion instead of $42, the rural neighborhoods would have all been connected. They allocated $42 billion which meant all wires and cables that are 1 inch too short. So all those intertubes are lying there spewing their contents into the air - so close yet so far!
