Donald just rescinded all of the restrictions that lunatic nut job bai dung imposed on the semiconductor markets during his illegal administration... The instant the news hit the streets these market exploded... There's a lot Donald can do without Congress, to put it simply... And this is one of the many things he's yet to do properly and legally without needing any approval from Congress... GZ
