Is this why ONeal talks about the "cup and handle" pattern in his book that documents his CANSLIM approach to the stock market? Lets not forget about his relative strength (RS) ranking which is another technical concept thatis a key element in his strategy. Actually I think you will find that his book talks about both fundamental and technical topics as part of his market strategy. Its one of the few approaches that does. This book is very inexpensive. I recommend this book as required reading to anyone involved in the market. Bob Graham
