You misunderstood. Read the transcript again. They're in the Micro SD Express card, which is used to expand the console's available storage space. It is unclear to me if they are also involved in physical game cartridges, for those who still buy games in physical form. Either way, they did not claim that they are in the actual game console itself. (I'm not saying they're not; I'm saying we have no idea, and would lean to not from the fact that Silicon Motion didn't mention it.)

The ASPs on the Micro SD Express controllers will be much lower than the number that you suggested. Volume is also unclear.
