Most Americans have healthcare that is a lot better than in Canada. They don't pay for it in their taxes, they pay for it through their employee deductions or they get it for free as a senior or veteran or through the poverty parasite route like in Canada. They don't have the ridiculous waiting lines that Canadians have. Both systems have problems, but Americans have a lot better care available than we have.
