From the gm pr: A new, available electrochromic roof, which allows customers to change the tint level of their targa roof glass at the press of a button – selecting between full, medium, and low tint options. targa top is the removable panel which would be a first for spd while the convertible hardtop is the other option. Targa top has three options one of which is clear which I imagine will be spd Hummer also offers removable panels and if gm follows vw we should see a top of line model in each division offer spd. C8 corvette sells ~35k units half are targa top not sure the split between clear, carbon fiber, metal panel but c8 could be more than the current mix of Ferrari McLaren caddy imo Dealer order book opens in June for the 2026 c8 and production starts in august so if the roofs are in an early build these should show up in revenues in 3q
