Thank you. Yes, I am aware of other not so successful outcomes
and I'm not saying people are lying or making shit up.

I offered up my experience to counter the horror stories we
constantly hear about and I'm not suggesting that our Canadian
health system doesn't need work and attention. It most
certainly does. We have doctor and nurse shortages; out of
control costs; many things that need attending too. hospital
closures abound. I am aware of all that.

But we also have health care for everyone however imperfect
it may be and I would much rather have that imperfect system
than what is offered in the United States, which, if you can
afford it, or have health insurance that actually covers and pays,
you're okay. If not ....... you're screwed. badly.

btw, happy Mother's Day to all our wonderful mothers out there.
