It boils down to what genocide do you prefer, Jew or Palestinian. Palestinians have been calling for eradication of Jews for decades. You can call what the Jews are doing genocide but it is really self-preservation. Under the circumstances and with the evidence presented no competent court would convict Israel of genocide.
