Received a letter from Dan Meisenheimer addressed to shareholders dated 2/20/98. Also included is a copy from their business plan titled 'USBL Executive Summary'. Both outline management's direction over the next 5 years which includes two goals, "expanding the USBL and increasing shareholder value".
