Or whatever :):

The great philosopher Montaigne once said: "The older I get the less I fear to say what is on my mind".

Reading many biographies of the great thinkers over my life, one thing they all complain about is the wall of ignorance they had to climb, day after day, and what that entailed.

So in that spirt, here is some food for thought, few think about.

Each of us has four people (minds) in us:

We have our animal mind, our instincts and heritage, which we used to survive for millions of years.

And the newish "Existential" mind we create with our modern improved mind.

Then we have the left brain, and right brain, that manifest separate personalities when the corpus callosum is severed and have separate functions, the left brain is our calculator and the right brain our intellectual vision.

They do say the two minds seem to get along-which is good :).

So this is why people get confused. They have all four "minds" wanting different things.

This is especially true when our "animal mind", wants one thing, but our existential mind wants another, often because of norms and mores.

We really see this conflict in places like Hollywood, where traditional norms and mores are abandoned to an existential existence of infinite headonism driven by our animal's desires-lol:)!
