To All:

If you look on the last 10k, page 23 you will see a total of
1.4 million in bonuses. 500k of it was paid in cash, the rest
stock options. Shawn Riley and Sal should call Gary K. with
any questions you have. Gary will respond as quickly as he can.

Mr. Cannavino, a former president at Perot, has joined CCEE as a consultant. Now, Mr. Cannavino doesn't need the money. He is worth around 500 mill+. He has joined CCEE to help it grow. I think Mr. Cannavino and others, whom CCEE has brought on board, feel CCEE has great upside potential and want to see the company grow. Mr. C and others certainly would not have joined CCEE's cause if they felt the D. brothers were not headed in the right direction. I think CCEE is in its best financial position ever, although the stock price does not reflect that. Be patient, and in another two months I think the shareholders will be nicely rewarded. I would not be surprised to see the stock price between 2-3.00 per share with a year or two, maybe less. Mr. Cannavino is the guest speaker at the upcomming conference/show for CCEE in March.

Be patient and watch this company grow...
