The second event at SID yesterday was Session 13 covering the Purcell effect. Below is couple of sentences from the papers conclusion. “We compare the exponent and luminance decay acceleration factor and show a lifetime enhancement from in the TPA-dominated regime to in the TTA-dominated regime using the Purcell effect, potentially leading to blue (PHOLED) device lifetimes approaching that of the long-lived, commercialized green PHOLEDs.
