80 Gold to list 160 million warrants on TSX

2025-05-14 16:23 ET - Warrants Called to Trade

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that i-80 Gold Corp. will list and post for trading 160 million warrants at the open on May 16, 2025, under the symbol IAU.WT.U and with Cusip No. 44955L 15 5.

As stated in the prospectus supplement dated May 13, 2025, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated June 21, 2024, the company is issuing 320 million units at 50 U.S. cents per unit in a public offering. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one warrant. The units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. The offering is expected to close before the open on May 16, 2025. The warrant agent is TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto and the market-maker is Virtu Canada Corp.

According to the TSX, each whole warrant will be exercisable at 70 U.S. cents per share until 5 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 30 months following the closing of the offering. The warrants will be quoted and traded on the TSX in U.S. funds. The TSX has been advised that the company has applied to list the warrants on the New York Stock Exchange.

The TSX bulletin has issued a separate bulletin regarding the listing of the shares underlying the units.
