Benny,
I see the 144s. Regardless of the reason, no investor likes to see the V.P. sell shares. However, this is just a thought. Maybe he's lookin' to buy a bigger house. It only totals a hair over 1M. Doesn't seem to big a deal to me. But I don't know either how large his position is. If this is over 10% of his, maybe I should take it more serious. Okay, here is a stupid question: Does anyone know haw many shares Moran continues to hold? If this is addressed in upcoming posts, I apologize, I haven't gotten that far yet.
TLindt, another stupiud question(know I'm always good for that, hoppe I word it right!) If B.A. has bad thoughts towards Gates and MSFT in general, and they stand to take a lot of $$ from the banking industry. I ask why is Craft downgrading CKFR, resulting in loss of mkt.share ($$ that could be used to push further ahead of MSFDC?) I can see it from an objective stand. MSFT will, in all likelyhood(sp) be the dominate player in five or less years. but why fuel the fire so early? Is his alligence with B.A. soild, or does he have other interests we're not aware of at this time. Apparently he gets an uncandid ammount of respect as CKFR (1 week after downgrade) is still below the price before downgrade. Hope This isn't just another question by a stupid person. A.W.
