RG, cnbc has been ranting the past couple of days about oil hitting its lowest prices in 20+ years. But if your chart is correct, and oil has hit $12.50 in the past 10 years, then cnbc is way off base (wouldn't be the first time). Are these apples and apples, or am I missing something? Maybe the difference is between spot and futures or something else.
