Mr. UMANA, I personally don't have any literature on the company. All the information I had was from this site. I recall reading quarterly and/or yearly reports from GIFS which stated IMXS was not currently a going concern. GIFS played it up that the company was being reorganized, new management, settled lawsuits, yada yada yada. GIFS is gone but someone is buying shares traded at a penny. The only thing I can recommend is read the old posts from IMXS and GIFS. Good luck to us all!
