There's a huge false premise in Moody's entire reasoning... They said: *federal spending has increased while tax cuts have reduced government revenues.* This is factually NOT TRUE... Sure, bai dung has increase government spend to record highs, but tax cuts have actually increased government revenues as suggested and proven by the Laffer Curve time and time again... I think Moody's assessment is timed for right now and is 100% politically motivated... Plain and simple... GZ
