Baoho, the number I have heard bandied about is $83 mil. not including the private offering or the $25 mil. working capital injection. With around 34 mil. shares outstanding, this is around $2.5 a share. DBCO may have hurt themselves as far as the purchase price with the antics of Manangere last week. I heard the Mike McGinnis was indeed appointed to DBCO's board and made a member of the executive committee, as part of the $5 mil. private offering. This has already happened. So, I think there is a 95% chance the deal will go thru. So yes, money has changed hands and Mike is already taking over the reigns at DBCO.

It will be very interesting to see where DBCO opens up this morning.
My guess is somewhere around $2.25. Purely a guess though. Sounds like ECGOF and DBCO have not settled on a final number, but this stock looks like a buy at anything less than $2.5 IMO.

Congratulations to all who stayed long on DBCO (I think!) But, I bet it opens in the 2's today.

Mark
