humble1, it’s bob_o from Crystal Ball. It’s been a while. Just decided to scroll down to some old bookmarks, and there you were. Glad to see you’re still at it!
Maybe you remember Steve Goodwin (g9 from CB). His stuff was related to “geometry.” I thought I saw something on the Dow over the weekend, and when I plotted it up, it produced an exact geometry hit for last Friday. You may recall that this method produced the secondary high on the Dow in early October 1987. No guarantees, of course, as these don’t always work. But the futures so far this morning are off to a good start, and it looks like you could get your S&P gap-down open below 5900. Any move above the 125 DMA would likely negate this hit.
