But, did he??? It would make no sense that he would when all the vessel had to do is check with the coast guard for the clearance of that bridge for the vessel... The captain and the navigator of that vessel are both fully responsible for that vessel and for the damage to that bridge and no one else... Everything else is fake news... GZ
