Link above was posted previously by Imoledguy and Dr. Forrest stated time after time that phosphorescence is defined as emission whose dynamics are governed by triplets.

As such I take this to mean that anytime fluorescence invokes triplets then at that point it is considered phosphorescence. He also stated in his ppt that TADF is a subset of phosphorescence.

Two layers of fluorescent blue sounds to me as a case of soled and I’m venturing to guess it falls under some umbrella of UDC protection.

So this announcement by Tianma comes across to me as very encouraging for UDC. Then again, I just may be overly biased but have tried to provide some rationale behind my biased opinions.
