Exactly right!!! If your sailboat is out of control and you're drifting toward danger, then toss out your anchor AND ALSO your storm anchor to hold the bottom and stop the drifting of the boat... How completely ignorant of a so called "navy captain" not to know this very simple rule and procedure... Just plain stupidity at its highest peak!!! That so call accident almost seems intentional!!! GZ
