Honestly, I am not sure if this is the start of the next major wave down or bullish 4th wave pullback. I can make a good case for both scenarios. Practically speaking, I have positioned my portfolio for both outcomes. My major concern, as always, is to not lose my ass.

Higher bond yields can clearly cause the next panic and I am very well prepared for that scenario. On the other hand, although I have reduced the long side of my portfolio considerably - I did sell my Chinese stocks, NEA and WFRD a few days ago, along with with HTD and XLV at the open yesterday, I am still exposed on the long side and a few of my longs did tank yesterday, counterbalanced by my shorts and bearish positions.

I profess my ignorance and have positioned my portfolio to profit whichever way the market turns.
