The Fast and the FrighteningTexas lawmakers are cranking out the laws with only 10 days left in the regular legislative session, and it ain’t pretty. Remember all the stories about water from fracking for oil and gas spewing out of the ground? Companies may soon be able to filter that water and sell it for, among other things, agricultural use without fear of liability under a bill very close to passage.
