George, It may also be recognition by Vixel that there are significant barriers to entry in product development, and time to market issues regarding switched FC. I also heard that comment regarding more focus on switches and less on adapters. I took it to mean that as the market develops Ancor wanted to be at the high end of the business and would not be able to compete with volume HBA companies in any case. Craig and others have commented in the past that it might be desirable to have a Hub product that could be a revenue producer today and an introductory FC product from which to migrate customers up the food chain if their requirements expand. In any case it sure looks like FC is starting to "connect". Neil
