Doug,

You refer to fact that they are presently in negotiations, my question is only addressing
the present status, and that if they have not concluded those negotiations, that I can
only assume that there is no contract at present.

But I feel that the status has a direct bearing on the investment, and that a shareholder has the right to know anything that would effect his/her investment.

Until I have seen, in writing from the respective officers involved, the status of their contractual obligations to each other, am I able to make an informed investment decision.

Therein lies the confusion, and I see the remedy as being very ascertainable. All it takes, is a declaration, by either side as to the status, and terms of any contract that is presently in force.
