The Catholic Church has a long history, especially in South America, of supporting the poor and oppressed. But the failure of recent Popes to connect the dots between open borders and terrorism is baffling to me. Granted not all immigrants are terrorists, but enough are to restrict open borders and initiate stronger controls.
