One aspect I found interesting from the last conference call.

If TAVA has had no problem acquiring personnel for their needs to date

and

If TAVA has one of the largest personnel agencies standing by with contract arrangements already transacted just waiting to be initiated at the proper time, what does this tell us?
This equation points to a potential massive and immediate ramp up in the wings, and possibly on a global basis.

What was TAVA trying to tell us?

Just a very important point to ponder. IMO
