Points up an interesting and fundamemtal question. Who is responsible for policing and handling the bad ol boyz in places like Malawi and numerous other 3rd world countries. Should that responsibility fall to those countries or to the good ol USA?

Damn high time we and the rest of the world realize the center of the fu universe does not run through Washington D.C. Since we are way more broke than ANY of those countries and since we are unable and generally unwilling to police and solve our own damn problems, I vote for THEM!
