I do have an slightly injured ankle on the other side from the hip being rehabbed.
It's pretty common to hear about setbacks as people try to recover and do more
than they can handle. Yesterday, I walked without assistance for 35 minutes indoors
and 1/4 mile outside. My main worry right now is getting an infected hip because
they still haven't changed the dressing on the wound after 10 days and the top of the
incision is exposed.

Doing the extra cardiovascular work this time allowed me to avoid the swelling for
the most part. The left foot was swollen for a month last time.
