From the article:

By late 2022, Gauzy had acquired Vision Group (France) and was moving to buy Showa Denko’s SPD unit in Japan. Revenue had jumped from under $1M to over $50M, with client contracts from Ferrari, Air France, Fly Dubai, and Audi. The company was already preparing for a Nasdaq IPO, with Bank of America and Deutsche Bank engaged as lead underwriters.

I didn't know about Fly Dubai, but makes sense.

And now this verifies what I believed was an Audi contract.

This is PDLC Audi. I acknowledge that this could be the new Gauzy account. Guess Gauzy outbid the prior film provider and that Gauzy's film has more desirable features they can't disclose.

Definitely looks better than the off/on version. There are already 10s of 1,000s of cars with PDLC. So kudos to Gauzy that the glass manufacturer chose them over previous supplier. That selection bolsters Gauzy's rreputation for the highest quality film.
Also acknowledge SPD looks like it will be their cornerstone with the trifecta---auto, aeronautics, architecture. Add to that mass transit and I think were in a good position for the future.

I'm just surprised when auto OEM are looking to reduce carbon and European standards are requiring that from 2035, that they'd go with PDLC. Audi says "shading" feature. I think SPD would be that and more.
