Wrong again. During the Biden's emergency sales authorization in 2022 the average price with which the US sold Crude was $95 per barrel. Biden's intention was to mitigate rising energy prices. It helped ;)
The Biden Administration., had repurchased a total of 43.25 million barrels of oil at an average price of $77 per barrel by July 2024.
