Greg, I'm a day trader and the biggest thing that I have learned is never get greedy and don't be afraid to take a loss. And to answer your question regrading if a stock falls 5 points will I trade out of it. If I'm short or long term I doubt it but if it were a day trading stock I would get out before a loss like that unless it was a sudden drop but that is very rare.My finger is always on the trigger when day trading. For sanity reasons I have cut my trading in 1/2, I was doing way to many trades a day giving me no life. Greed is the kiss of death in this business!
