Besides, not owned any stocks for years. Just Nat Gas Mineral properties with large proven reserves in multiple stacked pay zones from 1,800 to 6,300'. Average LT Cost basis $130/acre based on multi-year accumulation program between 2008 & 2017.
Recently offered $3,000/acre to lease a pkg of sm interests in just one zone: Stocks pale by comparison. OTOH, after just booking a large profit on selling our WV country estate, may do some buying in the not too distant future.
