I like what Jay is doing. Everything is better understood in comparison to other things. Why be in stocks during times when bonds offer better returns (and, usually, a lot less risk / volatility)?

He probably needs a better way to track their relative strength (too many whipsaws in 2022). Maybe using a monthly chart would help. Maybe, a different MA, or crossover of 2 MA’s. Or whatever works.

And this - a positive sign if you like to trade financials
