Social Security pymts causing a person to jump into a higher Medicare income bracket

I'm watching that carefully, thus may shift some CD's into solid non-dividend paying common stocks such as BRK.B, as tax-free bond income IS included in MAGI calcs, eliminating that "escape"! Fed also might cut rates by 1% over the next 6 ~ 12 mos, giving some "cushion," too! And don't forget those pesky RMD's as well!! :-((
