Whoever wrote that article doesn't seem to understand the difference between wages and take-home pay. It's comforting to know that Uber and DoorDash both endorse the bill. They seem like perfect fits for Trump: Uber is currently facing multiple lawsuits, including those related to deceptive billing practices, sexual assault allegations against drivers, and misclassification of drivers as independent contractors. DoorDash has faced multiple lawsuits, primarily concerning the misclassification of its delivery drivers as independent contractors and allegations of withholding tips from them. Recent settlements include a nearly $17 million payout to drivers in New York for improperly using customer tips to subsidize their guaranteed pay. MAGATS are FUCKING MORONS.
