For what it's worth, I did a due diligence using Koyfin of DVYE 's holdings and all that I checked ARE profitable and paying dividends . Some of the stocks like Coal India are not practical to buy unless you're an institution and can open brokerage accounts in odd places. A lot of the Indonesian coals are the same way unless there's an ADR
